Usually Pre-orders will ship out in two weeks sometimes longer. If you need the item(s) quickly please refrain from ordering Pre-orders.

One of the main reason the coupon doesn’t is because we have a tier pricing already set in place to give you a discount whenever you reach a certain quantity.

We accept all major credit cards through stripe payments and chase payments.
Orders & Returns
Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout. Or, if you know the name or style number of the product you would like to order online, type it into the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen
If you want to cancel your order email us right away with your name and order number within the processing window. Once the package is in transit we cannot cancel the order. You would have to wait until you received the order and then return it.
You don’t need an account to place an order, but we highly recommend it for quicker checkouts, wishlist, and order tracking and history.

We’re happy to offer returns! Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the purchase date. See below for return instructions.
- All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Ooops! Sorry about that. Because we ship so many items and because many patches look alike, we sometimes (very rarely, but sometimes) accidentally ship the wrong patch. If this happens, we will provide a free postage-paid return shipping container when we re-mail the correct patches.
We make every effort to inspect every patch before it is mailed, but sometimes a dropped stitch or a small blemish will make it past our employees. If this happens, we will replace the item at no charge.

Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.
