Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your CP tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at CP Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the USPS site and enter your CP tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.
WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND CP DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. We are able to accept back orders at this time.
Items will be saved in your shopping bag for up to 30 days. By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed. Item(s) will be removed automatically from your shopping bag if they sell out.
Occasionally, we may offer back-orders for select items not yet available. Any in-stock item(s) on your order will ship right away. Any item(s) on back order will ship via Standard Delivery as we receive them. Please note that this does not increase your Shipping & Handling charge and that you will not be charged for any back ordered items until they are shipped.
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address, in those states or jurisdictions where we are located. Aidor follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order.
Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. I’m already an CP account member. Can I still connect using Social Login?
Yes. To connect your Aidor account and your social account, first make sure you’re signed in on express.com. Once you’re signed in, go to “My Account”. You will find “Social Accounts” at the bottom of the page. Click on the “Connect to” button for your desired social platform and click “Allow” when you see the social account’s permission screen. You are now connected.
How do I disconnect from a login platform?
You can disconnect from the social platform by going directly to the platform’s site and removing CP from your App settings.
I created my account using Social Login. If I disconnect from a login platform, do I still have an Express account?”
Yes, your CP account is still valid. In order to access your Aidor account using our standard sign in process, click on “Forgot your password?” and we’ll email you a password so you can access your account.
If you have forgotten your password, visit the My Account page and click ‘Forgot your password’ link. If your e-mail address is currently on file, we will send you an e-mail with your password
We’ve made it easy for you to check the status of current orders or view details for past orders. As a registered, signed-in user, you can access your order status and history anytime you wish — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click ‘My Account’, then click ‘Order History’.
Previously placed an order and it’s not showing up in Order History — Try tracking your order by clicking ‘Order Status’ (if you were not signed in when you placed your order initially, it will not display in Order History).
